PM4DEV, a consulting and technical assistance company specializing in
development organizations and Project Management
(PM) as a tool to increase efficiency and maximize resources.
PM4DEV has a growing customer base of 5,000 project managers in 172 countries from
over 300 organizations including government; relief, charitable and
community development organizations; and multilateral agencies such as
USAID and IDB.
PM4DEV’s main services include on site and e-courses, paper and e-books, PM maturity assessments, customized training and development of PM methodologies, manuals and systems.
PM4DEV was
created to provide to its customers a project management methodology, with
expert project management consulting and training services, and based on a
customized methodology adjusted to the environment of development projects.
The objective being to serve the needs of the global development community
by providing the tools and processes to plan, implement, and monitor
projects in a more consistent, reliable and predictable manner.
